From Couch to 5k in 2 months
A few years a go I took up running and totally loved it once I got over the hump of not being able to breath and could run for more than 5 minutes at a time. However, life has happened and I am not as trim as I use to be. So...I found this great schedule that is suppose to get you from couch to 5k in 2 months on Studio 5 the other day. I made my husband promise that we would run a 5k this spring. We are planning on running in the Provo City half marathon, 5k, relay in May.
